A little about us:
has been a family owned and operated restaurant in the heart of the historic village of Cardigan, Prince Edward Island. It opened on the 15th of December 2003 to a spectacular winter storm and full community support. In fact, the level of support and commitment from the community enabled
to remain open year round, providing healthy food to local schools and businesses.
Our focus from day one has been healthy, locally produced and grown product for our pizzas. All of our meat is grown, produced and cured on Prince Edward Island, and holds no MSG or gluten. We use extra virgin olive oil and canola oil when making our two different styles of pizza crusts – white flour parmasan oregano and Island grown whole wheat. We also have Gluten Free crusts available. Our in house pizza sauce is made using fresh herbs, superior tomatoes, and spices providing an exciting and mysteriously tangy base for our unique hand tossed pizza pies. We brush the crust with a garlic infused olive oil and finish it off with Parmesan cheese as it comes out of our oven.
With the help of a wonderfully supportive community,
has had the opportunity to expand and head to Charlottetown. A million thanks to the residents of Cardigan, Eastern Prince Edward Island, and to all other Islanders who have supported us, it is truly an honour to have grown as a business with you.
In January 2013 we opened a second location in Montague, PEI and on October 16th we were welcomed into the Acadian community of Shediac N.B.
